LATE ENTIRES:
Entries received after the closing date will
incur a $20.00 late fee payable prior to competiting in any events, (which
will be enforced).

TABLES:
Only pre paid ticket holders are
able to book tables. Minimum table booking
is 10.
FOOD:
Food and non alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase over the weekend.
ALCOHOL:
This is a Licensed venue & is against the law to BYO. the door will
be monitored and entry will be refused to any person who does not abide.
VIDEO PASSES:
You will be required to purchase a pass at the door
at a cost of $40.00 (No trio pods allowed).
ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation are all located in the Cleveland Shire, and
are no further than 20mins from the Venue, which is approx the same distance
to train transport. A
selection of accommodation in the vicinity is available on the Accommodation
page.
Merchandise Space:
Merchandise Sales space will be available to all clubs & Rock'n'Roll
retail shops, at a cost of:
$80.00 per day
$150.00 for the weekend
Please book in early if you need this space.
Clubs: are
welcome to bring banners to advertise.
Judges: for this competition will
be form Australia & New Zealand.
